A few details
New mail is handled as it arrives. On top of that, your agent does periodic review passes – hourly, daily, or weekly, your choice – to catch up on unanswered threads, prepare follow-ups, and put together your brief. You can turn this off if you like.
Your agent works while the app is running and your computer is awake. If it misses a scheduled check, it catches up when you return.
No. Connect your existing mailbox. Native Mail is the client you read and write in. Your email address stays the same.
The beta supports Gmail and providers that offer IMAP and SMTP, including iCloud with an app-specific password.
The current beta is for macOS. Windows, iOS, and Android are planned.
Sending waits for your approval by default. You can allow automatic sending for a specific person or list in your settings.
When the agent works on a task, relevant email and notes are sent to the model provider you connect. Local storage does not mean on-device AI.
Launch pricing hasn’t been announced. You bring your own model access, which is subject to your provider’s pricing and usage limits.
